• I resently read about several internet companies limiting or setting a lower priority to VoIP?? (Voice over Internet Protocol) service. Internet telephone services, such as Vonage, are taking more and more marketshare and competing head-on with telephone services from local providers. Do you limit internet service based on the type of useage? Do you think it will become common place for ISPs?? to do so?

• There has been a quite a bit of commotion about Internet privacy in the past few years. Several companies have filed "John Doe" suits on IP Addresses. Many times this ends up with small childern and non-computer users being sued. What is your companies position on customer privacy? What protections do you have in place to keep others (including major companies) from obtaining private information of your subscribers? Do you think your company's policy is common in the industry?

• There is a bandwidth limit on most cable modem connections, generally limited to a service plan. Do you offer a plan to allow a faster connection between people in your local service area? This would allow people in a local community to connect to play games, share pictures, chat with local people faster and allow for a more community oriented Internet (or Intranet). It seems the more the Internet grows the more people get disconnected from there local community.

• Could you explain a bit about IPv6?? (Internet Protocol Version 6). Do you plan on supporting it? When do you think that version 6 will become mainstream? What problems do you see arising in the conversion?

• What speed is your local cable modem backbone speed to the internet?
• Can you sing and do the jig?

• Is there a way to get cable internet with out cable tv?

• Can you explain the myth about DSL is better than cable because cable is a shared network?

• How fast do you think cable internet will be in 5 years?
